I had a deeply frustrating experience with Blueberry Markets regarding a deposit I made via cryptocurrency. Despite the transaction being successfully completed on my end (confirmed with transaction hash), the broker failed to credit the funds to my trading account.For weeks, I was met with vague responses, constant delays, and zero transparency. The support team kept asking for more documents and tests, while the funds were unnecessarily blocked. After nearly a month of back-and-forth, they claimed the payment provider rejected the deposit and promised to return my money. However, even the refund process has been dragging on with no clear timeline or accountability.This level of incompetence and lack of transparency in handling client funds is unacceptable for a broker claiming to be reputable. I strongly advise anyone considering Blueberry Markets to think twice before trusting them with their money. There are far better brokers out there with much smoother and transparent processes for deposits and withdrawals.
