Excellent customer support so far. Had some questions and got on a live chat with a support staff within minutes and got all my answers!

Dont trust this broker, i have an accoutn with them, they dont reply by mail, you dont have any service. Take many week to reply or send mail that is not your case.I make a withdrawn of 100.- and after two week they didnt pay but they take 15.- for inactivity. Its like this you take care of your customer?? Shame on you!Stay away from this broker you will lose everythink.How a broker can be alive if they can not pay a simple 100.-

many reviews on line many describing the same scam they used to con my life savings. Fine at first then u realise u cant snipe as they sl hunt so longer trading is better but once u start makimg money u find the platform starts doing strange things, unable to close and open trades the flash player is poor making the experience off putting. the application does not automatically refresh meaning youre trades look like their still running until u manually refresh. i found over days the application completely unresponsive meaning i couldt close trades to the point i lost all my balance. some 6900 i shud of stopped at instead the application as many describe is manipulated make sure u lose money. when explained the many problems i was told it was my computer etc in the end i had to get their attention b4 they investigated. their response offered 1k if i didnt report to fca and showed their not liable when tecchnical problems through their t and c s. completely dishonest and ignorant broker who are owned by gain capital who have many other brokers such as forex.com finsspread and a faraway research a signals company they offer as to help u clearly conflict of interests. very very disappointed by how they handled this any descent company would of sorted tis issue pproffessionally and with dignity and morality

read the many reviews stay clear of these see how wmany customers describe same tactics/faults depending on opinion. have clauses that make sure they profit when their application has "technical problems" again on opinion manipulated !! totally dishonest ignore you when you point out the many customers who have been conned same way. Given every chance to sort te issues but rather steal ur money and do nothing about it. Part of gain capital who own various brokers and signal comapnies many whom seem to have used the same tactics .........including forex.com faraway reserch daniels trading amongst many others
