I've been trying to withdraw my money for 12 days. After trying to resolve this via the support chat they referred my case to their operations team. They posed numerous objections to different alternatives to withdraw money from my account - from system glitches to complicated processes for international accounts. Finally they seemed to have accepted the bank account details I provided, and said they had sent my case to the Finance team to manually add my bank account details and would keep me updated. It's been 6 days since I last heard from anyone, despite repeated attempts to contact them, and I still can't withdraw my money. Beware before investing any of your funds with this shady company.

My advise is stay away from Copy Trader feature. Avoid Stop Loss and Take Profit.With copy trader I was getting sold stock with over inflated prices thah weren't on the market for many days.Master Copy is making profit, I'm making loss doing exactly the same actions, as example master bought 1 USD now and sold 1.6 USD at the end of the day. He is in profit, I am in loss. LOL I tried to follow day traders with the same result. Another thing, you are protected only when you trade Shares. Nothing else. Your bitcoins, altcoins, gas, oil, ETF's is all inside of the casino and not regulated or protected. Remember - shares only. No Copy Trade.
