Their swap fees are ridiculously high. It eats into profits way too fast.

Trustable broker, fast and quality customer service

I have been a customer with them for a few years and it's unfortunate this situation happened. I appreciate the security concern but now they are asking for more and more just so I can withdraw my funds. I am in a financial situation and although it may not seem like a lot of money to them, it would help me tremendously. They changed vendors and and their practices have changed ok fine. They asked to verify my address, I provided a bank statement. A bank statement associated with the SAME DEBIT CARD that they have happily taken my deposits from. However, they are refusing to withdraw my funds to the associated bank account because they stated my deposit was from a different account. They are both my account, why does it matter? You have no issue taking my funds but won't give them back? I am going to report this on every single site. I will return to trading, but not with them. Very disappointed.
