i wanted to make a withdrawal with my wise visa card but i deposited twice with a card not under my name. that was my mistake but their customer support is not helpful and doesnt actively cooperate with me. after that, my wise visa card got verified and i still cannot withdraw my funds. i told them the first visa card not under my name is not needed for verification because i will not use it for depositing or withdrawing and now they dont respond to my emails. this is my octa account number is 102814262
