After passing all the phases without breaking any rules and waiting to receive my live account, I receive an email informing me that I am being disconnected without any justification. I didn't receive any messages from the other evaluations I carried out and were unsuccessful, and the one I approved was disconnected. Total disappointment with alphacapital, I believed they were serious but they are nothing more than a SCAM. The least they should do is reimburse me for all the money I lost to them.

I passed both phases on June 7th 2024. Waited until June 16th only to be notified by email that they are not going to issue me a funded account! I have twice received funded acc at ACG. From my experience using ACG, I think it's good overall. There are just 2 things that bother me a bit: 1. Very slow website 2. It takes quite a long time from Phase 2 to Funded acc. The first time it took more than a week before I got a funded acc, and even then I had to ask for help on discord. One of the firms which didn't charge commission in the trading of assets. Quite strict on the method used to trade like, to use an EA, you need to inform first before trading; else not allowed. Previously, min order per order is 0.1 but I just heard they are reducing it to min of 0.01 lots very soon. Martingale used to be disallowed, but started early Feb they have allowed it. I had no issue buying the account or setting it up in MT5. Overall good spreads tho Gold tends to vary, most I've seen is half a pip 0.5 ( SELL 2022 - BUY 2022.48 ).
