Everything during the challenge phase went great until I found out that they have an absurd two-attempt limit on their KYC process before getting access to the Master account. I like them for there transparency and how cheap the challenge was, but the rules aren't built for traders success. The trailing drawdown, consistency score and buffer Weren't what any trader will want to deal with. The company terminated my funded account without cause shortly after approving withdrawals, despite full compliance with their trading rules. Their 'no cause' termination clause appears to target profitable traders after 2-3 withdrawals. This happened to other traders in other review platforms like trustpilot. It is a very deadly clause to professional traders no matter how good you are, how great customer support or trading conditions is. They will cut you citing 'no cause' termination. For Trader was my second firm, after MFF cease just 2 after i got funded. FT use Purple Trading for execution, overall the spread quite good for FX and metals, indices. However sometimes crypto ( i mainly trading BTCUSD) has unusual spread, average btcusd spread is 3-5$, unusual spread is 25-50$ without in market swap time. The payout process is acceptable, but sometimes slower than normal. I contacted the support and they solved within 3 minutes, such a fastest support ever seen.
