The spread of Xau is very good but the ping server for VN is a bit high make a small delay when execute market order trade. Dashboard is not intuitive for trader. Support is very good and fast.

My favorite thing about Oanda Prop Trader is that each round only requires a target of 5% and a total of 2 rounds only requires 10%, and the price at Oanda Prop Trader is also cheaper than other places. I was lucky to pass 2 rounds. I will continue to conquer the 50k challenge here.

Pricing is competitive. Trading conditions are good. Dashboard very simple and user friendly. Rules are quite fair and straightforward. Getting credentials between challenge phases is almost instant. Verification and contract signing is quick and easy. I have no problems with the trading conditions they a good. But the customer care and process for activating the funded account after passing is unbearable. I went over a month waiting for my live account and I still havn't received it. I have sent emails and spoke to their customer support but no one has the answers instead I keep being told to wait 24-48hrs for a response and don't get anything. Oanda's Xauusd and Trading View are the same. Basically, you can trade from your computer using Trading View, without having to worry about the MT5 charts being different. Just passed Phase 2. Customer service is really good and fast. I had issues with my KYC at first, but they resolved it quickly. Credential delivery after completing the challenges is quite fast, taking just a few minutes. Another highlight is the discounts for retrying the challenge if you fail, in addition to having monthly tournaments, which is a lot of fun. I will definitely continue with Oanda for a long time, even though I don't like the fact that both the daily and total drawdown are trailing. It puts more pressure on the trader when trading.

So far so good. The customer service is good however the delay in addressing your issue is a bit long. I however can appreciate that they are dealing with a lot of traders all over the world. I have been funded, but I never reached payout. I owned that failure. As a result of not reaching the payout process, I cannot fairly score Oanda re: Credentials/Payout Times/Process, but in order to post this review, it is mandatory that I have to give it a score. OANDA has always been my go-to broker and I was excited when they launched their prop firm. To be frank it wasn't too good at the beginning, and I left after awhile as I didn't like trailing drawdown.
