I usually trade Forex Metals, and the spread on Silver would fluctuate significantly, stopping me out most times. However, they seem to have fixed it, even though I subsequently lost the account due to daily losses and a miscalculation of commissions. For two weeks I generated 6000 profit on 100k account, but I did a mechanical mistake opening and closing a trade with a duration time under 2 min. I see a lot of people complain about the rollover spread and I have experienced this myself. I took a short on EURAUD and I got taken out because of a 1090 pipettes spread on a Thursday to Friday rollover. Also, there was an almost 1300 pipettes spike which only happened on their platform. Never received funded account credentials 3 weeks after passing. Ascendx is an absolute mess. All you have to do is go sit on there on their Discord channel for a while and you'll see for yourself. It's non-stop issues. I can tell you from watching Discord that most users are not reporting their negative experiences. I suppose it's so they don't get blocked. They ignored 3 support tickets / emails. I've considered my money gone.

keep giving issue of Tech problem and DISABLED many traders from executing trades and false BREACHED the accounts. This is a relatively new firm. I really like it I have like 4 fundeds from them. When they moved from brokers they forced closed all trades so few of mine were running loss but after that I got all my loses recovered which is very good. They migrated to a new broker from Malaysia, just terrible. Huge spreads, the worst I have seen. The swaps (to keep open a position from one day to the next one) were always terrible, impossible to swing trade. Plus, they have 4% daily drawdown, unlike 5% with other firms so it is way easier to breach your account. They have aggressive discounts now to lure in new customers, but it is not worth it.
