I've been a prop trader for about a year and a half. Wanting to increase the number of prop firms I trade with, I purchased TOPONE Trader's PRIME INSTANT account on a trial basis and have started trading. Their number one sales pitch is false. I have 2 accounts where I requested payments. On the first account the payout got approved quite quickly but paid a few days later because my Riseworks account wasn’t linked according to them. Which it was. I do not think I'll trade with them again. Their rules are way too restrictive for me. I cannot use my MT5 Trading panel (it is "automated trading"). Also, soft breaches due to taking too long to set SL, and I am limited to one single lot regardless of the instrument. Therefore in NQ (US100) it is really hard to make any money. I just cannot trade in my normal style on TopOneTrader.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. My account got breached just because of a tiny moment when the equity “spiked” for less than a second. It wasn’t even a real drawdown — I checked everything on MT5, and my balance never went below the limit. The system clearly glitched or had a delayed feed, but support didn’t care. I’ve been stopped out of three trades that went in my favor, and when I contacted customer support they say it’s “spreads” and “slippage” I was in draw down and for majority of the account but managing risk properly. However, when I told them that Rise does not support my country, they used a convenient method for me. I have been with TopOne for close to 6 months now and have had some terrible experiences. Their app glitches and wipes trades or leaves trades running after you close them out. I have had 2 SL hits after I closed out manually at almost BE, they closed out my trade with over 200bps from my SL when a trade was in profit, and dont trigger TPs when they are well beyond TP level. The customer services is great, responese speed is very fast and helpful. I am using Ctrader (broker is Purple), and the trading condition is great as well. Almost no slippages and the spread is fine. The dashboard is acceptable but they keep improving it (just updated it once). The most impresssed part is their recent Payout Process Times, literally within a few hours which is very nice and fast! However, the most unacceptable part is the max lots size restriction, 20 lots for 125k account, which is defintely not enough for scalper to trade in smal...

In a short review I say that the positive side of this prop firm are live support is always on duty trading spread and slippage and execution are good and friendly with the trader the negative side that I’ve faced is moving the trailing drawdown at the same minute that’s your trades gets closed with profits which is not good for me as a trader I prefer to update it by the end of the day and the second thing is first payout after 30 days I guess it will be better if they made it 14 days from the first payout not the seconde one
