I loved my experience at Tradeify. It was very easy to onboard. They have Lightning Accounts that allow you to skip the eval stage. They have end of day drawdowns so you dont blow your account as quickly. They have daily loss limits when you start (preventing you from tilting and giving you one last chance to re-center yourself and save the account). When I finally achieved the profit targets, the process was very straight forward in terms of requesting the payout, setting up a Rise account, getting paid. Thank you Tradeify!!! Overall, the customer service is acceptable. The problem mainly lies in my own inability to control my eagerness to make money. I insisted on passing the assessment in one day instead of the two days it was supposed to take. As a result, I lost my account and all my profits. Welp if im honest I think that tradeify is the best managed firm in the space right now. I’m not the biggest fan of consistency rules but that’s just my trading style I had to adapt a bit. I was skeptical of a S2F firm after recent industry events. However, I gave Tradeify the benefit of doubt and they have surpassed my expectations. I’ve received payouts from them. I had payment processing concerns (my own fault) and after reaching out to the support staff; I received white glove service. Once my issue was resolved, the payment was sent and hit my bank account same day. I managed customer care for a premium automotive company and my expectations are extremely high. Very good experience so far. Have not had any issues with trading and setting up accounts and links to Replikanto and Tradingview was very easy. I only have one remark on the negative side. They had an issue with the journal that they knew about, but didn't tell me until I asked. Not a big deal, but an opportunity for improvement.

The customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful. Although their response time is sometimes a bit slow, they still prioritize supporting customers. They are willing to step in when it’s a system issue, or even when the mistake was mine, but they still chose to help me, which I really appreciate. So far my experience with Tradeify is nice. I've got multiple accounts from this firm and trading conditions is better than other futures prop firm. Customer care is top notch in my opinion, one time there's an issue with Tradingview that I cannot modify or close any positions that got me into -1000 USD drawdown, support offered me a free reset even if it's not their accountability (given there's FAQ regarding third party platform usage like Tradingview). Great firm and I believe has one of the best dashboards when comparing all futures prop firms. 1 day to pass for evals is great. Only complaint is 20% consistency on straight to funded instead of 35% and once you hit the buffer it would be nice to not have to trade another 7 days to get payout. Profit target for next payout is fine but 7 days when some other are 5 days or even daily seems archaic. Everything else is top notch.
